He has gained experience as an analyst. He worked for Absolute Capital Management and ACM Advisory funds, supporting their investments in Central and Eastern Europe. In the past he was involved in several projects for the Norwegian Embassy in Poland (preparing market research and business reports for Scandinavian companies entering the Polish market). He also worked as a journalist for a Polish daily newspaper "Rzeczpospolita”, covering capital markets, investment/pension funds and macroeconomy. He obtained a Master Degree at Warsaw School of Economics and has Postgraduate Diploma of Kozminski Academy in Strategic, Market, Competitive Intelligence. Memebr of Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) and Swiss Pool of Experts.

Paulina specializes in searching potential trade partners for foreign
businesses and supporting companies during trade missions to Poland. She
also gained experience in market research. Paulina graduated from Applied
Economics at University in Innsbruck, she speaks English and German.

Graduated from International Economic Relations and Management at Warsaw School of Economics. Currently she is taking a PhD degree, during her studies she is spending one semester in Germany. Anna is a specialist in collecting data and market research. She speaks fluently in English, German and Spanish.

He specializes in translating, searching potential trading partners, organizing business missions and supporting companies during trade fairs. Artur speaks Chinese (HSK certificate, level 7), as well as English and Russian. He graduated from sinology at the Warsaw University. Moreover he has learnt business Chinese at Capital Normal University in Beijing.

Roksana specializes in market data which includes gathering preparation of market reports and analysis. Her expertise also involves conducting in-depth interviews with managers. She cooperates closely with market intelligence company OTR Global. She graduated from psychology at Jagiellonian University in Cracow and took her PhD degree in management.

Graduated from Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems at Warsaw School of Economics, specialization: marketing research and market analysis. During her studies she spent one semester in Seville. Dominika is a specialist in collecting data and market research. Speaks fluently in English and Spanish.

Student of Finance and Accounting at Warsaw School of Economics and Management at Warsaw University of Technology. She has experience in the field of Customer services Klaudia specializes in gaining business partners. She speaks English and Russian.

Graduated in economics at UKSW in Warsaw. Currently Global Business, Finance and Governance master student at Warsaw School of Economics. Experienced profesionally in project management, customer service, research and finance. Speaks fluently polish, english and spanish.

Lumír is our partner consultant in the Czech Republic and supports our projects in that country. He graduated from Business Administration and Management in Faculty of Economics at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. Lumír has extensive knowledge of local businesses and he has conducted several projects for foreign companies entering the Czech market.

He has been working in the financial services since 1996 until he left the United Kingdom in September 2010. He is a qualified financial consultant who gained mortgage and secured loan certificates, which allowed him to work in the largest financial institutions. He was a regulated under the FSA and managed the mortgage market for one of the UK’s leading high street bank.

Urmas is our Tallinn based market consultant. He has a technical and economic background with over 15 years of work experience in Estonia, Ukraine and Russia. Expertise in sectors such as construction, trade and transport. He can speak Estonian, Russian, Finnish and English.

Our Kiev-based market consultant Inna holds a Degree from Kyiv State University of Economics and Kyiv Institute of Linguistics. She has more than 10 years’ experience in customer service, sales, and marketing. She has spent several years living in the USA and speaks several languages including English, Russian and Ukrainian.

Nikola is our consultant in Sofia. He conducted projects for international companies interested in finding trading partners in Eastern Europe, especially in Bulgaria. He graduated from law at the University of Sofia and additional studies at Ludwig-Maximillian University in Munich. He speaks Bulgarian (native language), German, English and Russian.

Robert specializes in searching potential business partners for international companies in Romania. He graduated from European studies at Cluj-Napoca University. Moreover he completed MBA studies and participated in Erasmus program in Germany. Romanian language is his native language. He also is able to communicate in German, English and Italian.

Graduate of english filology at University of Petersburg and secondary higher education in field of international marketing at Honefoss Business College, Norway. Experienced as a translator, business representative and product manager. Speaks Russian, English, Norwegian and Swedish.

Experienced over 10 years in market researches, partner search, client relations, surveys and secondary research sources management. Conducted Customer Satisfaction & Experience Study, Media Audits, Blog Audits, Product Diagnostic and Product Launch Evaluation Study and has done analysis across segments like F&B, retail, pharma, education, telecom, IT,  ITes and industrial.
